Jebs Performance Engineering
Jebs´ speciality is race tuning Suzuki GSXR engines and Suzuki Hayabusa engines. These are ideally suited to F1 Sidecar outfits and Formula Jedi racing (pictured right), as well as Superbike and Superstock. They are immensely tuneable as well as more robust than the competition.
Jebs offer a range of tuning options for your engine, from a Stage 1 to a Stage 3. We cater for all makes, models and types of engine, with tuning packages ranging from an exhaust and Power CommanderTM, to full Superbike spec.

To start the season or through the year you will need to refresh your engine. All models can be serviced in the strictest of confidence to suit your needs. Our in house machining facility allows us to turn out engines quickly.

Jebs provide a fuel injector testing and cleaning service for all types of fuel injection systems. Fuel injectors are a critical part of the fuel injection system, and are often overlooked as a source of potential performance gains. Jebs have recorded gains of several bhp, simply from cleaning, testing and balancing a fuel injector set.
Jebs use a fuel injector tester to measure and record fuel droplet formation, atomization, delivery and injector efficiency. The injectors are then cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning bath, to remove fuel deposits not only from the outside, but also the inside of the fuel injectors. Once cleaned, any worn parts can be replaced, before re-testing to ensure the injectors function as a balanced set.

We have a Dynojet 250 with the latest load cell technology installed. The rolling road caters for sidecar and solo applications. We can run the engine in, optimise your bike to produce best power and investigate engine problems. All Dynojet products can be supplied and installed. Full Power Commander calibrations can be achieved.
